Fire Exit and Emergency Lighting

Emergency and exit lighting are two essential features that every building must-have so emergency escape routes and exits are found in the event of a fire or power failure. Ronika offers installation of emergency lighting system specifically designed for your building and/or testing and maintenance. To comply to Australian Standard AS2293, exits and emergency lighting needs to be tested every six months to ensure they run for ninety minutes on battery to simulate power loss. During our scheduled inspections we test the lamps and replace any defective lights.

Fire Safety Statements and Certification

Do you need your building assessed by an accredited fire safety practitioner? Under NSW legislation laws building owners are required to engage an Accredited Practitioner (Fire Safety) to endorse their Annual Fire Safety Statement. Ronika can ensure essential fire safety measures exist and that they meet and are maintained to the relevant Australian standard. We will also provide you with your annual fire safety statement and make sure that your all your portable fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, fire signs and fire safety requirements are satisfied.
